Major Duties and Responsibilities:


Serve as the collection subject matter expert supporting the National Intelligence Manager for Military Integration (NIM-MIL) by developing collection initiatives, aligning resources, managing priorities, assessing capabilities and challenges, and devising solutions on military integration issues such as aerial, ground, surface, and subsurface unmanned systems; unidentified anomalous phenomenon (UAP); advanced weapons; hardened and deeply buried targets; intelligence on threats to U.S.

nuclear command, control and communications (NC3); and assisting with Department of Defense (DoD) collection integration.

Develop integrated collection strategies for respective mission areas. Conduct analysis and provide recommendations on cross-target tradeoffs.

Oversees and contributes to the development of NIM-MIL mission-related strategic communications tools, including the Unifying Intelligence Strategy, State of the Mission Brief, the Intelligence Planning Guidance, briefings, and written products to ensure they align with national security objectives and the NIM's strategic vision

Lead creation of all NIM-MIL collection emphasis messages (CEM) and partner across NIMs for collaborative CEMs. Partner with other NICOs to de-conflict collection priorities, integrate strategies across NIM AORs, and align resources.

Partner with ODNI Mission Performance, Analysis, and Collection (MPAC) to support assessments of collector performance.
