How you'll make an impact:
We're looking for an aspiring leader to join the Automotive Product Management team.
This role will lead and manage Automotive Data and Analytics.

This role will have broad exposure leading cross functional teams across the organization and will help shape the future of SiriusXM's 360L offering.

The Staff Product Manager, Product Management, will be responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including defining, gathering, and prioritizing Automotive product requirements for Data and Analytics.

The Staff Product Manager, Product Management will collaborate closely with the SiriusXM Product Analyst teams, Data Science and Engineering teams, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Marketing, Programming, Customer Care, OEM Accounts, IT, Legal, and other corporate stakeholders to share valuable data insights, develop/support KPI dashboards and reporting, clearly communicate and document requirements, and provide product status related to Automotive Data and Analytics.


What you'll do:
Responsible for the product definition and management of Automotive Data and AnalyticsCoordinate across Engineering, Data Science, Product Analyst, UX, and other internal teams to define and drive the Automotive Data and Analytics RoadmapDocument and manage requirements for all Automotive Data and AnalyticsEnsure data quality is maintained by supporting Product Operations and Data Quality teams for fielded vehiclesMake real-time decisions for assigned programs as the subject matter expert for product features and functionalityPartner with the Product Analyst and Data Science teams to support internal stakeholders with key insights via Reporting, Dashboards or Ad-Hoc analysis as neededDefine and track Key Performance Indicators to support evaluation of success for Automotive ProgramsStay up to date on the latest industry trends for the Automotive Industry and Data/AnalyticsSupport Executive level presentations periodically to share Automotive insightsPerforms other duties as assignedWhat you'll need:
BS/MS in Engineering, Business or equivalent experience7
years of total professional experience7

years in Product Management or relevant experienceExperience working with Analytics and Data ScienceAgile training and experience preferred Knowledge of Jira and Agile/Scrum software development methodologiesPrevious experience in Automotive or Media industry a big plusStrong Analytical SkillsetAbility to utilize and interpret data to drive and support product decisionsInterpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levelsGood public speaking and presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to pay attention to details and be organizedAbility to project a professional image over the phone, virtual meetings and in personCommitment to internal client and customer service principlesAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to take initiative and to follow through on projectsExcellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentMust have legal right to work in the U.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience.
These considerations can cause your compensation to vary.

We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $133,000 to $179,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.

Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
