As we continue to capitalize on the growing market opportunity, we are seeking an exceptional Account Executive to develop and win new business.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience selling enterprise SaaS solutions to sales and marketing decision-makers. This is an individual contributor role with the opportunity to have uncapped commission and upside with over-achievement. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to advance from top-tier performance as a rising AE or BDR into a pivotal role at a growing startup.

As one of the first new business team members, this person will be highly entrepreneurial and resourceful in creating pipeline and closing new business.

Responsibilities include:


• Exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets by effectively managing the entire sales cycle from new prospect to close for target prospects


• Develop a robust, predictable pipeline of new business opportunities within the target verticals and buying centers


• Apply knowledge of sales process, deal velocity metrics, and forecasting to achieve predictable revenue goals


• Work with leadership and product team to scope and develop well-constructed new business proposals


• Provide ongoing feedback to the leadership team on market dynamics, new opportunities, and customer requirements


• Develop thought leadership and industry expertise that can generate new opportunities and bring credibility to all external communications

Desired Skills & Experience:


• At least 3+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS with a technology/solution provider


• Demonstrated track record of consistently overachieving revenue targets and sales quota as an SDR, BDR, or AE


• Strong understanding of value selling/solution selling to senior-level decision-makers


• Highly entrepreneurial with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a high degree of accountability


• Exceptional oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail and quality in proposals, emails, and other communications


• A collaborative, team player who knows and understands the importance of working closely together in an early-stage company


• Willingness and ability to travel as required for the role and various projects, events, or company meetings


• Bachelor's degree required


• Experience and success working remotely a plus


• Startup experience a plus
