Cook - Employee Dining

Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent requiredCulinary training
Experience & Requirements:Two years experience in line cooking for a dinner house required
Experience in grilling, broiling, sautéing, and steaming
Must have experience prepping red meat, fish, shellfish, poultry and pastas
Must be able to coordinate cooking times with co-workers
Must have a valid food Washington State handler's card
Additional education and or experience may substitute for the minimum requirements of this position
Physical Requirements:Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours
Have the ability to lift 40 pounds
Mobility to climb stairs on a routine basis
Must be able to tolerate a smoke filled environment
Additional Requirements:Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard and holidays Must be able to pass a pre-employment illegal drug screen and obtain a Class IIIB license as required by the Puyallup Tribal Gaming Regulatory Office and the Washington State Gaming Commission.
