The job purpose of the Manager, Commercial Process and Change Management is to drive our transformation of people, processes, and systems as we aim to create a grower-centric, data-driven, and collaborative commercial organization and customer experience.

This role will work with the Commercial Hub team to build a holistic roadmap of processes connected to digital tools within Agricultural Solutions North America (APN). The Manager, Commercial Process and Change Management will actively coordinate and support the business process expert community by defining standards and best practices (as well as training, as needed) to implement the process/procedure mapping foundation and ways of working, deliverables as well as desired business results and KPIs.

As a Manager, Commercial Process and Change Management, You Create Chemistry By...


• Mapping out existing and future processes as a key step in the development of new digital tools.

• Identifying and addressing process gaps that can be resolved through the implementation of new tools.

• Coordinating and supporting the process expert community with Commercial Excellence leaders and country leads to ensure change management and adoption for delivering business results.

• Conducting business modeling activities to assess potential impact of strategic priorities and work with cross functional teams across all priority projects per business and function to establish appropriate monitoring mechanisms for KPIs and provide necessary.

• Working as a connection point between Global, APN, and regional stakeholders to prioritize change initiatives and develop change management strategy based on business strategic priorities.

• Leading the implementation of change initiatives across APN (internal and customer-facing experiences) to increase adoption and minimize resistance to change processes and tools.

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree, ideally a focus in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, Organizational development, or related fields.

• Are certified in Project Management, ideally in Agile methodologies and new ways of working / collaboration in a virtual format.

• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing key complex projects or similar strategic / commercial roles. Hands-on experience in sales or marketing in a country operational setup is a plus.

• Are experienced in digital and/or business process transformations with change management initiatives.

• Possess strong leadership and influencing skills as well as excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify issues, analyze root causes, and collaborate to develop creative solutions across functions.

• Are familiar with interface documentation and data management practices.
