Role: National Account Manager

Customer Success Department: The Customer Success Department has the critical role of ensuring that they represent the interest of the customer within the organization. The National Account Manager is responsible for managing our highest level clients daily and your duties include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries, managing customer accounts, and resolving issues bringing in support where needed.
  • This career requires a thorough understanding of our company's business model and products as well as the customers they typically attract.
  • Provide monthly and/or quarterly customer meetings to ensure that the client is taking advantage of everything iink can provide from a service and product level, as well as learning what products and services that iink could provide that would bring even more value to them and other iink clients.
  • You'll spend each day helping customers solve any issues or concerns, find technical solutions they need, and providing them with personalized support.
  • You pride yourself on providing the highest level of customer service and satisfaction, so you'll need to be able to convey empathy from your words and actions in this position.
  • You'll be working with customers to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • You'll be upselling additional solutions in order to increase customer portfolios
  • You'll need to understand the product to answer any questions, provide guidance, or troubleshoot any customer issues.
  • You will work diligently over time with customers to better understand what needs improvement, what would bring additional value, what new features could be helpful etc.
  • Ensuring that customers are satisfied over the long term will help create loyalty and increase retention rates, resulting in more revenue for the company.

Skills:

  • Strong sales and customer service experience
  • Extensive experience in connecting with and delivering value to customers
  • Ability to leverage customer success expertise, coaching skills, and consultative approach to drive the desired outcome.
  • Experience working with organizations of varying sizes in solving the customer issues that plague them on their journey towards achieving business objectives.
  • Extensive experience in connecting with and delivering value to customers
  • Knowledge of web applications, CRM's, Customized Systems, HubSpot
  • Experience working with senior administrative customers
  • Demonstrated ability and affinity for work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent multitasking, project management, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • You like to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Training/Public Speaking
  • Possible 10% Travel
  • Bilingual spanish speaking is a plus

  • Attorney Claim Management
  • Working at a startup

Location: Denver is a plus, but open to remote

Potential Compensation: $70K - $100K
