Position Description

Responsible for the development, coordination, administration and management of a unit.

Major/Essential Functions
  • Tracking Center financials
  • Assisting with contracts (new and renewals)
  • Creating funding proposals (TTU, TTUHSC, LISD, etc.)
  • Participation in annual budgeting process
  • Consultation on various administrative or clinical matters
  • Giving Wellness presentations
  • Working with Business Coordinator on utilization reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related area required plus five years progressively responsible management experience. Additional education may substitute for experience on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications

Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy and at least 10 years of experience directing/managing an Employee Assistance Program Clinic. Experience working with/for a Health Science Center. A licensed supervisor for LMFTs in Texas.
