OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
Mission/Responsibilities
As a Backend/Full stack Engineer at Blue Cargo, you will play a crucial role in building the platform technology and infrastructure that drives our product delivery. Your responsibilities will include:
Translating product requirements and technical designs into well-engineered, low-defect, robust code.
Researching new technologies and methodologies to improve the architecture, software components, user experience, and development processes.
Performing extensive unit testing, system testing, and regression testing to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Qualifications
In addition to the following technical skills, we are looking for PROBLEM SOLVERS with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Solid development skills in at least one of the following languages: Python, JavaScript (preferably Typescript), or Go.
Experienced in building data management platforms.
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and oversee complex tasks while prioritizing multiple projects based on strategic goals.
Interest or experience in logistics and/or supply chain management.
Startup experience.
Experience working on cloud infrastructure, especially AWS.
Frontend experience in React, or a strong appetite to learn it.
