Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Backend Development: Develop new customer-facing features using Node.js and TypeScript, working closely with our Chief Technology Officer to design and develop backend services.
  • Frontend Development: Build complex customer-facing products using React and Vue.js, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Technical Debt: Maintain and improve existing backend and frontend code, paying back technical debt and extending functionality.
  • Research and Development: Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices, applying them to improve our technical infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working as a full stack engineer.
  • Proven expertise in developing distributed, resilient, and high-performing backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
  • Experience building complex customer-facing products using React and Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of SWE standard methodologies for development, code reuse, and testing.
  • Experience with web services (consuming and creating) with REST.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of critical objectives.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively in pursuit of overarching team goals.
