Overview

The Compliance Training Administer will help manage, deliver, and process results for our compliance training programs. This role will be responsible for ensuring Oak View Groups' adherence to requirements (local, state, and federal), maintaining the system accuracy and the integrity of the supporting database, and for configuring and exporting data for use in external reporting systems and/or presentation to leadership.

This role will pay a salary of $60,000 to $65,000.

Responsibilities

  • Building relationships (trusted partner) with business stakeholders, to allow the seamless delivery and management of Oak View Group compliance training requirements.
  • Working closely with associated departments (legal, human resources, etc.) to ensure that content developed in-house meets local, state, and federal requirements, as well as aligning with Oak View Group's policies.
  • Manages the delivery of all Oak View Group annual compliance training while providing consistent communications to leadership regarding completion data.
  • Partnering closely with Talent Acquisition, On-boarding and the Talent Management teams to ensure the timely completion of compliance training for new-hires, according to local, state, federal requirements, and Oak View Group's policies.
  • Employing effective communication strategies (emails, Teams, etc.) to help drive awareness of the compliance requirements, expectations of the training, and to provide support to Oak View Group stakeholders.
  • Continued awareness of updates and requirements of existing, or new, compliance training and which Oak View Group's verticals/locations may be impacted.
  • Administrator of the compliance platform (Traliant), which includes partnering with Traliant for the management of user accounts and accessibility, reporting and troubleshooting.
  • Support additional Talent Management initiatives as directed by the Senior Director of Talent Management.
  • Travel less than 10%.

  • Proficient in Articulate 365 or other eLearning authoring tool
