My client has been a leader in the field, delivering top-notch solutions and servicing clients nationwide. This company is a national restoration contractor with locations coast to coast. Who provide commercial, industrial, governmental, and multifamily restoration, renovation, environmental, and roofing services across the U.S.

Your responsibilities will include leading and motivating a high-performing team, developing strategic plans, and fostering strong relationships with key accounts.

In this role, you will have the chance to showcase your exceptional skills and make a lasting impact in the world of restoration.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in management/ leadership of Operations in the Restoration Industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in construction
  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of consistently achieving sales targets
