This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of federal tax compliance and planning.

Manage all federal tax aspects of the annual ASC 740 tax provision calculation

Manage preparation of the consolidated Federal income tax return

Quarterly and annual ASC 740 calculations

Work with leadership to develop alternative federal tax planning ideas and advise on the impact of federal tax legislation

Manage federal tax audit

Manage preparation of quarterly tax provision calculations

Manage preparation of Federal estimated tax payments and extensions

Knowledge of OneSource Tax Provision and Income Tax compliance software a plus

Procedural improvements to current compliance process
