KBR Metrology supports Honeywell Aerospace, Otto Instruments, Garrett Advance Motion, and their suppliers with services including onsite/offsite laboratory visits, test equipment calibration and repair, AMS2750 pyrometry services, metrology engineering, and equipment inspection.They also offer preventative maintenance, equipment sourcing, CMM inspections, automation and programming, measurement technical support, calibration recall system management, and performance tracking dashboards.Metrology Technician would be responsible for performing calibration, adjustments, and possible repairs on commercially off the Shelf (COTS) Produced and customer-built test equipment.Metrology supports a wide range of Disciplines that include Electrical, RF , Dimension, Pneumatic & light.Utilizes certified laboratory standards and manufacturer, commercial, or military specifications/calibration procedures.Requires completion of formal training from a military, PMEL, TMDE or calibration school.Provides advanced technical/electronic and instrumentation equipment repair work, troubleshooting, modifying, testing, calibrating, adjusting, repairing, and installing electronic, digital and analog equipment and monitoring devices.IndySoft, Fluke Met/Team, Fluke Met/Track and Met/Cal experience a plus.
