The Program Manager - Get With The Guidelines (GWTG) will have the primary responsibility of implementing the strategic activities & tactics established by the Senior Program Manager for GWTG - Stroke and Atrial Fibrillation.
This individual will serve as the primary contact for volunteer advisory committees and will coordinate meeting schedules, aid in agenda development, compile supporting materials, and serve as the online host and minute-taker for all meetings.
Under the guidance of the Senior Program Manager, the PM will own the development of educational offerings (e.g., webinars) including the coordination and submission of required documentation for continuing education credits through professional education.
- Volunteer clinician advisory group coordination & logistics management
- Development of educational activities & materials
- Collaboration with Quality HIT, marketing, business development, & quality improvement
- Support of the Senior Program Manager, including representation on his/her behalf at meetings
- Administrative support
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Two (2) – Five (5) years relevant work experience
- Selfstarter with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentation experience
- Crossfunctional team experience
- Flexible and professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PPT, Word)
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the year
- Willingness to learn clinical basics of assigned GWTG programs
Preferred Experience:
- Experience planning & implementing educational offerings
- Experience coordinating executive-level meetings
- Experience using SharePoint
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Salesforce
- Familiarity with the Get With the Guidelines Registry Platforms.
