POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Lead Distribution Outfitter, you will coordinate the activities of department personnel, ensuring the workflow is scheduled efficiently, work is accurate, and any issues are resolved promptly. Additionally, you will be responsible for training associates, assigning duties, and fostering open communication with the leadership team. In this role, you may also be cross-trained in various departments and involved in special projects as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently manage the workflow and ensure associates work safely
  • Supervise housekeeping tasks and maintain a clean work environment
  • Train associates on procedures, equipment, and provide necessary supplies
  • Monitor department processes, adjust labor as needed, and maintain workflow consistency
  • Track attendance and conduct daily start-up meetings when necessary
  • Participate in management training programs provided by Bass Pro

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum age requirement of 18 years

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong leadership and motivation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities and presentation skills
  • Commitment to safety standards and procedures
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
  • Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
