In this position, you will provide direct support to a national security-critical weapon system throughout development, deployment, and sustainment.

You will help shape the training, quality and performance of engineering products from across the ICBM Systems Directorate and functional areas, and you will help educate and equip the government customer to train, acquire, operate, and maintain an entire weapon system-of-system.

You will design and deliver programs to train all levels of personnel. Develop tests and visual aids, conducts training classes, and develops criteria for evaluating effectiveness of training activities.

Keep abreast of training and development research:
learning theory, motivation theory, methods, and techniques.

Develop in-house programs and practices to identify developmental needs, including preparing personnel for more responsible positions and increasing effectiveness in present assignments.

As part of the U.S.

Air Force's Integration Support Contract (ISC), BAE Systems provides advisory and assistance services in the areas of engineering, logistics, management, scientific analysis, and other subject matter expertise to augment and optimize management of the ICBM Prime Contractor.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range:
$ $89190

Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to:

business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
