Global Security Operations Center Manager

The Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Manager provides operational oversight of the GSOC staffed by analysts who monitor and react to evolving global events 24/7 to ensure the safety of Land O'Lakes employees and company assets. The GSOC Manager is expected to independently make decisions regarding GSOC operations and coordinate with internal and external partners as needed to carry out mission responsibilities as directed by Global Security leadership.

Required Experience/Knowledge/Skills:

  • Associates degree or higher
  • 5 or more years of managing within a high-intensity, high-volume environment, such as a Security Operations Center, Crisis Management/Response Center
  • Experience providing operational supervision to Global Security Operations Center analysts as they carry out daily tasks of monitoring employee travel safety, domestic and international company assets for any security or inclement weather-related threats, and social media monitoring
  • Administrative experience managing personnel, payroll, scheduling, etc.
