The Data Analyst performs various tasks associated with gathering and analyzing data, organizes and documents the findings, and prepares briefing material at all levels of the organization to support findings. Collaborating with colleagues and leadership to transform information into meaningful reports and presentation material. Performs data management of database tables, data elements, reports, and other entities contained in reporting systems. Possess a working knowledge of statistics. Demonstrated ability to produce visualizations to communicate findings using tables and charts. Proficient with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.

Must have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in data analytics / data science
  • At least 5 years of experience and demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite of products including PowerApps, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint
  • At least 4 years of experience analyzing data to solve complex problems and run frequent excursion requests from senior leadership
  • At least 2 years of experience using machine learning and predictive analytics to recommend ways to improve outcomes to clients
  • At least 4 years of experience using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Data Science, Math, Economics, Business Analytics or other related technical degree
  • A secret security clearance Nice to have:
  • Masters Degree in Data Science, Math, Economics, Business Analytics or other related technical degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
