The Opportunity

Nutanix is looking for a Cloud Native Sr. Product Marketing Manager to lead product marketing for Nutanix Kubernetes Platform (NKP), Nutanix's Kubernetes management platform. NKP is a complete solution for deploying and managing Kubernetes environments including the core Kubernetes runtime, but the unique benefit is how NKP enables organizations to easily overcome day 2 operational barriers including security, observability, reliability, backup and restore, policy management, and much more. NKP seamlessly integrates with the core Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure, but can also be deployed natively in the public cloud or on bare metal. This is a newly launched product in the Nutanix portfolio, joining Nutanix as part of an IP acquisition of D2IQ, formerly Mesosphere. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the growth of a newly introduced product that completes the portfolio as part of a fast growing cloud computing technology company.

In this role, you will be responsible for overall marketing strategy for NKP including positioning and messaging, campaigns and tactics, content creation and promotion, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with a seasoned team of cloud native thought leaders. You will be a leading spokesperson for Nutanix evangelizing NKP at events, webinars, and directly to customers at executive briefings as well as internally for enablement.

About the Team

At Nutanix, you will be joining our Product and Solutions Marketing team. You'll have the opportunity to work with talented individuals from various backgrounds, all focused on driving innovation and success in the tech industry. You will report to our Director of Product Marketing who leads marketing for the broader Nutanix Cloud Platform, and have the opportunity to work remotely. At Nutanix, we value flexibility and productivity, so you can structure your workday in a way that suits your best. While there is no strict requirement to go into the office daily, occasional in-person meetings or team gatherings may be scheduled to foster collaboration and team bonding.

There are some travel requirements associated with the role, including events related to NKP and occasionally participating in Executive Briefings. On average, you can expect to take 1-2 trips every quarter, allowing you to engage with clients, partners, and industry events to expand your network and contribute to the team's success.

Your Role
