Supports Realty Specialists with preparation, coordination, and processing divestment requests to include documentation.Provides real property management reports to stakeholders using Agency tools, such as Business Objects (BOBJ).
Researches and applies directives, regulations and policies and resolving conflicts.
Analyzes and advises real property management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of processes and procedures and the productivity and
efficiency of the real property program.
