What You Will Be Doing

  • Represent Kokusai in commercial activities and provide leadership to both internal and external technology teams.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align Kokusai's capabilities with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
  • Guide and mentor junior engineers and team members, ensuring cohesive execution on objectives.
  • Manage communications and updates on Kokusai's products, services, and roadmaps.
  • Facilitate technical feedback to Product Development and R&D teams.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop customer-specific action plans.
  • Address and resolve issues, and strategize with customers to ensure product alignment and success.
Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Physics, Chemistry, Material Science, Semiconductor Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Japanese is an asset
  • Experience in semiconductor engineering or capital equipment supply.
  • Experience in technology-related sales or business development.
  • In-depth understanding of semiconductor technologies and market requirements.
  • Experience in customer integration, product fit, and problem-solving.
  • Resourceful with a strong initiative and leadership skills.
