MISSION / SUMMARY:
The position of the electrician is to provide skilled trade expertise along with multi-craft work experience to the Board Mill.
Graphic Packaging is now offering the following incentives: Hourly wages up to $39.37, $7000 sign on bonus, $5000 relocation package (50 miles from location), and 5 days unpaid continuous paid time off in first year.
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman status or greater in an electrical trade preferred.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- Basic PLC knowledge: Allen Bradley
- Ability to read schematics
- Experience with a maximum of 4160 volt equipment
- Knowledge of pneumatic valves
- Instrumentation's: including differential, pressure, and flow transmitters
- Troubleshooting skills desired
- Knowledge of hydraulics a plus
- Multi craft willingness
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability and desire to work in team environment
SCHEDULE DEMANDS:
- Per

- Unique 4 crew Dupont Schedule (allows 14 days off per month)
- Must be able to work flexible and on call scheduling.
- Must be able to work rotating weekends.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Standing for extended periods.
- Awkward and/or repetitive movements.
- Moving or lifting of equipment, materials, and tools up to 50 lbs repeatedly for an 8 hr.
- Climbing extension ladders, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or movement within
- Work in buildings and areas of fluctuating temperature and weather.
