Head & Neck / Ortho Unit - 5E/5W

FTE: 0.9, Shift: Night, Schedule: 7pm-7am

Compensation Update: As of 4/21/2024, the pay scale is $ $27.75 USD.

Position Summary

The Nursing Assistant Certified Residency is a 6-week program approved by the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) as a certified training program. The participant will receive 4 weeks of in-classroom lecture and hands on skill building, 2 weeks of clinical rotation plus 1-day of a written and skills pre-testing day in preparation for the Washington state written and skills test. This program prepares the participant to sit for the state board exam which includes a written test and skills test.

High School diploma or GED equivalent required. Math/English Competency Test. Previous healthcare experience preferred. American Heart Associate BLS.

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $ $24.78 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
