Job Title: Lead Warehouse Recruiter

Job Summary:

The Lead Warehouse Recruiter will be responsible for delivering full life-cycle recruitment for hourly hiring needs at multiple locations and across multiple shifts to meet and exceed recruitment goals and hiring manager expectations. This role will utilize market-specific recruiting, social media networking, and other sourcing tools to attract top talent for 1A Auto's rapidly growing ecommerce company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and full life-cycle recruiting for warehouse positions.
  • Partner with Facility Operations Managers to gain a thorough understanding of hiring needs and goals to align short-term and long-range workforce planning and forecasting.
  • Develop and drive recruiting strategies for all warehouse locations with a focus on warehouse associates and other operational and hourly workers.
  • Conduct interviews with candidates to evaluate their knowledge, skills, and abilities, and create a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize social media and other networking resources, including on-site job fairs, to promote the company's employer value proposition and attract high-performing talent.
  • Design, track, and report key metrics to measure and predict the recruitment and hire of labor needs for warehouse associates for all locations.
  • Manage all recruitment systems and ensure efficient and optimal use at all times, improving and optimizing technology platforms.
  • Proactively engage and attract talent at job fairs and build community relationships for the recruitment of hourly warehouse positions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced MS Office and technology skills, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading high volume warehouse recruitment.
  • Proven ability to successfully meet deliverables and excel in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
  • Ability to create meaningful metrics to drive the recruitment function and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong familiarity with warehouse operations and excellent communication skills.
