1. Responsible for managing SAP PM Preventive maintenance.
2. Responsible department statistics.
3. Responsible for part obsolescence and replacements.
4. Responsible for Spare Parts Inventory.
5. Responsible for defining Predictive Maintenance measures.
6. Responsible for defining high failures and corrective actions.
7. Responsible for performing root-cause analysis and problem solving.
8. Responsible for developing spreadsheets in order to review key data (meantime between failures, MTBF, MTTR, Maintenance cost, utilization, PM completion, energy costs, energy savings).
9. Will communicate with key shareholders such as vendors, internal departments and Maintenance management regarding strengths and weaknesses of the department based on statistical analysis.
10. Tracking machine downtime.

• Bachelor's degree Engineering.
• 2+ Years experience in Purchasing or Engineering.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis.
• Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (excel, access, etc).
• Strong communication skills in order to work with key shareholders (vendors, other departments, etc).
• Ability to read material specifications.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
