Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to contribute to our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform cleaning tasks.
  2. Execute painting duties.
  3. Conduct light carpentry work.
  4. Carry out drywall repairs.
  5. Assist in light assembly and installation of furniture and fixtures.
  6. Facilitate moving tasks.
  7. Change lamps in high-bay light fixtures.
  8. Clean high-bay light fixtures.
  9. Mark floors as required.
  10. Assemble and install signs.
  11. Document and complete recurring tasks as outlined in checklists.
  12. Operate scissor lifts (training provided).
Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience necessary.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office 365 is preferred, along with fundamental building repair skills. Candidates should possess the ability to follow instructions, communicate effectively, and demonstrate reliability and basic mathematical skills. Training for scissor lift operation will be provided.
  • Legal Requirements: Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
  • Sponsorship for employment visas is not available for this position.
