- Ability to operate various tools and heavy equipment safely.
- Commitment to following safety protocols to prevent accidents and exposure to hazardous materials.
- Excellent physical fitness and stamina.
- High school diploma preferred; vocational school certification or apprenticeship completion is advantageous.
- Valid certification (e.g., ASE) is a significant plus.
