As one of our Employee Services Coordinators, you will be responsible for auditing and processing tuition reimbursement applications for our valued EdAssist clients. Our ideal candidate will be highly motivated, a self-starter (as this is a fully remote position), and will be able to manage multiple clients with relative ease.

What you will be doing:
- Act as an independent reviewer to ensure policy compliance.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, answering questions from clients
- Follow the tuition policy of all our corporate clients.
- Proof grades and receipts against submissions and client requirements.
- Ensure appropriate tuition discount is applied to invoices prior to submission for payment.
- CRM Processing of Cases and Help tickets submitted by employees.
- 4pm - 8pm EST, Monday - Friday Schedule. In addition, you must have the flexibility to work up to 40-hours/week during peak season (January, May, and August).
What we hope you will bring to this role:
- A minimum 2 years of customer service.
- Auditing experience, experience in higher education institution, and a BS/BA degree preferred.
- High level of computer proficiency is essential.
- Must possess strong interpersonal, as well as verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to learn and utilize proprietary software and reporting tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.

Compensation Range:
The hourly rate for this role is: $20.00 / hour
Compensation Range: $18.00 / hrThe range of compensation listed here or that may be discussed in the interview process is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
