We are currently seeking a QC Technician II. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, testing, sampling, and inspecting procedures on raw materials, equipment, in-process materials, and/or finished products to ensure that product specifications, company, and regulatory requirements are met. Investigating and troubleshooting the functionality of performance problems. Recommend corrective action when appropriate. Also, may monitor and execute on-site equipment or tool calibration.

What we'll get you doing:

  • Comparing test results for product to applicable pass/fail criteria and using computer program(s) to test, process and evaluate the product
  • Perform minor troubleshooting activities on testing instrumentation
  • Complete all testing assignments as outlined by department Manager

The essential requirements of the role include:

  • Highschool Diploma (with some chemistry units in college preferred)
  • Minimum of 6 months working in a Quality Control laboratory (Quality Control Technician I or equivalent).
  • Must be able to work on Saturdays and/or Sundays on a regular basis.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Adhere to ISO:9001 guidelines
  • FIFO (first in first out) philosophy for testing, as needed
  • Comfortable using computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel

The hourly rate for this role is $20.10/hr - $26.59/hr. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
