You will collaborate across functions to launch global campaigns across the Asia Pacific (APAC) region, serving as a crucial partner to our local teams and partners. Your role will involve coordinating with various groups including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Partner & Distributor Marketing, Events, Email Marketing, Paid Media, Creative, Marketing Operations, and external agencies.

The ideal candidate should be highly motivated to learn and interested in developing valuable work relationships both within and outside the team, and flex between high-level strategic thinking and detail-oriented project management and execution.

Responsibilities

Develop integrated marketing strategies and priorities to drive demand, support product launches, and coordinate marketing campaigns for maximum market impact on , sales and partner/distributor channels.
Leverage the development of customer-facing marketing materials including campaign assets, web content, social media, email, video, events, paid media, and earned media as needed to support these markets.
Localize marketing messages and assets to align with local cultures and trends.
Craft strategic digital, integrated, and account-based marketing strategies.
Analyze, monitor, and optimize regional campaign performance; Communicate results and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with local agencies as necessary to achieve business outcomes.
Foster collaborative, integrated working relationships across key team members to collectively achieve business objectives and foster growth.

Qualifications

Ability to use good judgement to consult with the business and assist others as needed to drive successful integrated marketing execution
Growth mindset - help do things differently and see opportunity in change
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent projects with good attention to detail - plans span across geos, KPIs and stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills - you will work with teams across the globe and have stakeholders in multiple locations. Coordination, documentation and clear, proactive communication of successes and failures/learnings are an essential part of being successful in this role.
Analytics expertise - Dive into the details of what is working and why, find actionable insights and strategies for test plans to keep learning to drive successful, evolving marketing plans

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related disciplines or authorized foreign equivalent
10 or more years related marketing and/or business leadership experience
Demonstrated experience developing and executing insight-driven integrated marketing campaigns that drove quantitative results at regional and/or global levels
Highly collaborative and adept at leading and influencing cross-functional teams effectively, internally as well as at external partners and agencies
Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills in English, along with fluency in either Japanese or Korean
Willingness to work evening hours regularly to collaborate regularly with APAC-based colleagues
Willingness to travel (
Proficiency with Office 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint; SalesForce experience preferred
