We are currently looking to fill two positions, each with a different area of responsibility. One position will focus on the Checkout and Order Processing experience and the other will focus on Digital Self-Service.

Description

The Operation Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for specific areas of functionality on our company websites. They are responsible for ensuring the websites function as intended and for executing identified enhancements. The overall goal of this position is to support our efforts to create a digital experience for our customers that is always fast, friendly, easy and right. This position reports to our Digital Experience Manager.

The position is responsible for accomplishing the following outcomes:

Ensuring all current website features (in the identified area of responsibility) operate as intended.

Executing identified improvements to website features and functionality to make the customer's digital experience faster, easier, more accurate or more intuitive.

As directed by the manager, implementing new functionality to the websites and ensuring that new functionality is introduced on time and w/in budget.

Delivering regular reporting on core KPI's.

Developing expertise in the systems and technologies needed to accomplish the outcomes.

What will you be doing?

To achieve the goals and outcomes of this position, you will be required to do the following:

-Proactively monitor and audit our websites to ensure proper functionality of all existing features. Take immediate action to resolve any identified issues.

-Respond to and resolve any reported errors w/in documented department response times.

-Lead projects designed to introduce new improvements to the customer's online experience as directed by your manager. Lead from kickoff through launch. Deliver expected results on-time and on-budget.

-Be the primary point of contact for all things related to your specific area of responsibility. Provide a high level of service to all internal and external customers.

-Work across departments to ensure problems are fixed, enhancements are communicated, and the customer's experience is improved.

-Work with 3rd party vendors to achieve department initiatives. Ensure the best combination of price, service and quality from all external eCommerce partners.

-Regularly report on KPI's. Resolve any metrics that are below desired levels.

-Become an expert in the Magento platform and all systems and technologies associated with our websites.

-Stay current with new technologies, trends or advancements that help create an unmatched online experience for our customers.

Requirements
