Providing support to multiple attorneys in the litigation practice area of the firm, Act as liaison between internal departments and outside agencies,Preparation/revision of correspondence, pleadings, and other documents,Handle a wide variety of complex and confidential time-sensitive material,Maintain calendars, CLE reports, and time records,Prepare and gather exhibits for trial binders, Assist with Time Entries and New Client Reports,Assist with preparing for and scheduling depositions and mediations, Various office and client filing; proofreading documents.
