The Position:We're seeking a forward-thinking tech leader to join us as Head of Technology. This role calls for a blend of strategic acumen, technical proficiency, and strong leadership to thrive in our fast-paced industry. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, a strong work ethic, and a readiness to embrace a dynamic environment.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years of professional experience as a Head of Technology or Technology Manager.Solid track record in formulating and executing technical strategies.Expertise in React Native for mobile app development and Python for backend development.Experience in overseeing technology operations, particularly within startup environments.Proven ability to anticipate industry trends, innovate solutions, and navigate complex landscapes.Proficiency in analyzing current operations and driving discussions on improvements and solutions.Skill in identifying and recommending best practices for enhancing operational efficiency, including automation strategies.Expertise in developing and deploying mobile applications, with a specific focus on React Native for iOS.Background in collaborating with co-founders, investors, and key stakeholders to align technology development with business objectives.Proficiency in data integration, analysis, and visualization tools.Expertise with advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies.Advanced English is required.Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required. Ability to identify with the goals of FullStack's clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.An understanding of best practices and a commitment to following them.Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week.
