Job Title: Concessions Supervisor at Legends Hospitality

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in staffing, scheduling, training, and counseling of event staff.
  • Directly manage event day staff with customer interaction.
  • Maintain and control high volume food and beverage inventory.
  • Train and enforce responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Develop and uphold standards for service, sanitation, and product quality.
  • Ensure documented cash handling procedures and compliance.
  • Conduct physical audit of inventory and product.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Meet health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Able to work in open-air environments in all weather conditions.
  • Lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Mobility to perform physical tasks for extended periods.
