Position: Team Supervisor

The Team Supervisor role is a vital position within our management team. This role involves overseeing associates under the guidance of the Restaurant GM and Sr. Director of People & Operations. The Team Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing store operations, enhancing staff performance, implementing controls, and monitoring business outcomes. They set the daily atmosphere for the restaurant, acting as a quality assurance checkpoint to ensure customer satisfaction through thorough employee training and adherence to company protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Providing outstanding customer service to travelers by ensuring all staff are well-trained.
  • Team Collaboration: Promoting effective communication and positive relationships among associates to ensure timely task completion.
  • Leadership Abilities: Inspiring employees, resolving conflicts, and making critical decisions with clear and definitive communication.
  • Evaluating financial performance to maintain a balanced focus on customer and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensuring daily operational readiness, cleanliness, appropriate staffing, suitable inventory levels, and functional equipment.
  • Efficiently managing vendor product orders.
  • Monitoring quality control records, adhering to quality and loss prevention policies.
  • Compliance with operational standards and regulations while ensuring all products meet brand/company standards.
  • Hold an up-to-date food handler's manager card.
  • Exhibiting a growth mindset.
  • Possessing the stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations encompassing FOH, BOH, and overall functions.
  • Ability to comprehend instructions, correspondence, policies, and engage comfortably with others.
  • Strong organizational skills for multi-project time and issue management.
