BAE Systems is looking for a Program Control Analyst Principal to support customer-funded Research & Development programs in the FAST Labs Business Area. The business requires the individual to have the ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. In addition, they need to have significant Earned Value experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Earned Value Management
  • Periodic financial reporting (Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly)
  • Quarterly forecasting
  • LifeCycle Management reporting
  • Proposal pricing
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a Master's degree and 4 years of work experience
  • Earned Value Management experience
  • Candidate must be eligible to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
  • Understanding of program cost, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated in-depth analytical skills
  • Develops solutions to complex problems – in consideration of tangential impacts
  • Experience communicating and presenting financial data cross-functionally in an accurate, concise, and digestible manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills capable of informing, influencing, and leading diverse work teams
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Decision-making with sound judgment in compliance with policies and procedures
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Experience with Earned Value Management, Cobra, Oracle, Hyperion/Smartview, and ProPricer.
  • Knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policies, and the capability to challenge and improve upon them.
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional and effective relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Previous experience in Project Finance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $ $164010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
