We are looking for a dynamic Executive Recruiter in San Juan, Puerto Rico The Executive Recruiter will be part of the BST (Business Strategy and Transformation) team at SNH Strategic Partners.


Working at the firm level, this position will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and recruiting candidates internally and across a portfolio of companies.

As the Executive Recruiter, will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, organizational culture, and specific talent requirements.

Utilizing your expertise in sourcing and evaluating candidates, you will play a crucial role in building strong teams.

The successful candidate will be able to attract exceptional talent and ensure lasting and successful placements.

This individual will manage the life cycle of the recruitment process from candidate screens and interviews with all prospective candidates to developing and maintaining professional relationships with various members and hiring managers.

It is expected this candidate will be a self-starter, able to work autonomously and can collaborate when needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their strategic goals, organizational culture, and staffing needs.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with the hiring managers to become a trusted partner in their talent acquisition process.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including direct sourcing, to identify potential candidates.
Screen and assess candidates based on their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with client organizations.
Present well-qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles that highlight relevant skills, experience, and accomplishments.

Provide proactive communications and maintain records of all recruitment process materials, including interview notes, candidate assessments, and role overview documentation, to share with key stakeholders and for future reference.

Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.
Assist with the candidate's transition and onboarding process.
Define and create job descriptions in collaboration with the hiring managers.
Provide guidance to clients and candidates throughout the hiring process, addressing any concerns or challenges.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of respective specialization area (trends, market status and best practices)

5+ years of talent acquisition and recruiting experience (mid to senior level roles)
Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods
3+ years of experience with ATS and other related recruiting platforms
Deep understanding of personnel recruitment processes
Experience working with executive level stakeholders.
Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
Integrity and confidentiality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
