Become a part of the Partner Experience Innovation organization – as the senior administrative assistant, you will be an integral part of the team supporting the vp, partner experience innovation center and vp, partner centric scheduling. This includes delivering value to our partners and solving some of their biggest challenges, all while accelerating towards our vision to create the best retail career opportunities. We do this in strong partnership with a variety of teams across Starbucks and in co-creation with our retail partners.

As senior administrative assistant, you will...

Rely heavily on ability to influence without authority. Success in this role is made possible by strong relationship building both with the greater team and the everyone in the admin job family.Collaborate with and support the team with onsite and virtual activities and meetings by organizing, scheduling, and managing logistics.Handle confidential and sensitive information with internal and external contacts with a high level of professionalism and composure.Lead the day-to-day support of calendaring, travel, invoices, expenses, and other administrative functions.Be forward-thinking, proactive, reliable, and act with integrity.Understand rhythm of business to anticipate needs, prioritize team deliverables, and cascade information to admin team.Schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures and proactively address all aspects of the partner travel to ensure productivity and safety.

Progressive administrative experience or Starbucks store manager experience. (7+ years)Experience managing calendars and email on MS Outlook (7+ years)Project or event management (7+ years)Fast-paced environment (7+ years)Domestic and international travel arrangement (7+ years)Adaptability - able to execute with flexibility in responding to constantly changing environment.Collaboration - demonstrate confidence, composure, and professionalism; able to build trust with internal and external customers.Communication - able to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbal and written.Customer Service - demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude with the desire to take on additional responsibilities, consistently delivers high quality customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.Organization - excellent organizational skills and high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information with superior attention to detail.Problem Solving - critical thinking and strong analytical skills; able to proactively anticipate needs and use sound judgment.Technology - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and virtual tools.Time Management - able to balance multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
