Together with your team, you'll provide the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses Apple's Competition and Regulatory group is looking for a qualified individual to join the team.
Description
Advise the company on a variety of complex competition and regulatory law issues (e.g., EU Digital Markets Act) Help drive strategy and engagement on competition and regulatory matters across the globe Provide competition law and regulatory compliance counseling to clients at all levels of management and across all Apple business groups Partner with our Government Affairs and Products teams to engage with regulators and policy makers
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience working on competition and/or regulatory legal issues
- Ability to clearly prioritize and advise through excellent written and verbal communications
- Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions
- JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar
Preferred Qualifications
- Best suited for a self-starter who is curious, embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment
- Government competition law experience a plus
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $189,200 and $284,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
