Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Analysis:
- Gather and analyze marketing data from diverse sources, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems, website analytics, email campaigns, and more.
- Interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform marketing strategies and enhance decision-making.
- Power BI Dashboard Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards and reports that provide stakeholders with clear visualizations and insights into marketing performance and market trends.
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive and effectively communicate key metrics and performance indicators.
- Advanced Excel Analysis:
- Utilize advanced Excel techniques, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data modeling, to analyze and present data.
- Create detailed reports and models that support strategic marketing initiatives and business planning.
- Campaign Performance Optimization:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through detailed data analysis, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Market Research:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behaviors.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service, to define reporting requirements and align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Provide constructive feedback and suggestions to designers and other team members to enhance the quality and impact of marketing materials.
- Customer Insights:
- Analyze customer feedback and engagement data to improve customer experiences and refine marketing approaches.
- Integrate insights into marketing strategies to better meet customer needs and expectations.
- Communication & Presentation:
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and compellingly to support strategic decision-making and marketing initiatives.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the energy sector or utility industry is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI for creating dynamic and interactive dashboards.
- Strong skills in Excel, including pivot tables, data modeling, and complex formula creation.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce.
