We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Katalyst Healthcares and Life Sciences. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our medical devices.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with customers through various communication channels, including regional forums and customer touchpoints, as requested by our teams in the field.
- Provide data and analysis for customer-specific meetings, identifying emerging issues and trends across our product groups.
- Support complaint handling and QA product investigations, working closely with R&D, Manufacturing Engineers, Product Managers, and Supplier Quality teams.
- Document objective evidence in QMS records and write/review technical reports and investigation/CAPA memos for customer communication.
- Bachelor's degree required; additional training/education preferred through ASQ or relevant society.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant industry experience, including GMP medical device and pharmaceutical experience.
- Experience with cGMP and/or ISO 13485, including documentation, audit, and post-market surveillance.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of 21CFR Regulations with respect to customer complaints.
