Como Supervisor(a) de Cocinero(a), usted serᄀa responsable de supervisar y participar en la preparaciᄁn de alimentos de acuerdo a las recetas y los estᅠndares establecidos en el esfuerzo continuo del hotel de ofrecer un servicio excepcional y rentabilidad financiera. Especᄀficamente, usted serᄀa responsable de realizar las siguientes tareas a los estᅠndares mᅠs altos:

  • Supervisar y preparar alimentos conforme a los estï3⁄4 ndares de calidad y recetas designadas
  • Supervisar y mantener la limpieza y las normas de higiene de alimentos
  • Gestionar los pedidos de los huツspedes de una manera amable, oportuna y eficiente
  • Asegurar el conocimiento del menï3⁄4£ y todos los productos alimenticios
  • Abastecer y mantener a la par los niveles de las estaciones de comida designadas
  • Inspeccionar visualmente todos los alimentos enviados de la cocina
  • Ejercer el manejo correcto de alimentos y de los procedimientos de almacenamiento de alimentos de acuerdo a las leyes federales, estatales, locales; y los reglamentos de la empresa
  • Asistir en la supervisiᄁn y el desarrollo de desempeᄂo de los miembros del equipo incluyendo, pero no limitado a, proporcionar supervisiᄁn, asistir en las evaluaciones, adiestramiento, programaciᄁn y asignaciᄁn de trabajo; y la distribuciᄁn de reconocimiento y recompensa
  • Preparar los pedidos de suministros y alimentos, segᆪn sea necesario
