This is a HYBRID position, coming into the office in the Denver Technical Center a few times a week to make your presence know, become a familiar face with the team and to meet with direct supervisor.


Need is immediate.


Citizenship Requirements: USA Citizen / Green Card - no immigration allowance for sponsorship or conversion of Visa's


Travel: About 35% - potentially a trip to Australia.


Reports to: VP of Professional Services based in Denver, CO


Salary: Based on Experience. Total compensation includes a Performance Bonus as well.

  4. 10+ Years of Project Management Experience ( PMP Desired)
  5. 4 year College Degree at an accredited university - preferably an MBA
  6. Strong Data Migration Skills

  3. Industry Experience: Manufacturing, Mining, Financial, Healthcare
  4. ERP Experience: SAP S4 Hana, IBM Maximo, Ellipse

Client is seeking a strong Senior PM who will be able to hit the ground running quickly with managing some existing projects whilst also taking over ownership of the small Professional Services (PS) Team of approximately 10 members.


This is a Perm/Full Time employee role that would combine being part billable to our clientele and part non-billable (approx. 60/40) to conduct internal management duties, and would need to be responsible for resource forecasting, utilization reporting etc. Client is in a global growth mode and it is essential to find an individual with passion, pride, a history of success, a team player, excellent communicator, a people person, and a desire to continue the path of success.


In addition to working as our most Senior PM the role would also need to do the following:


  • Resource Utilization – Weekly reporting of PS employees and contractors and ensuring we are staying on-top of our billable days and maximizing the in-month billable days. Managing the utilization of the bench.


  • Resource Forecasting/Revenue Forecasting – Weekly reporting of our resource and revenue forecasts for the PS function. Management of the resource spreadsheet


  • Project Delivery – Management of the AMER project portfolio and project status updates including project profitability


  • Recruitment/onboarding – Utilizing the resource forecasting and working with me to fill resource requirements to support upcoming projects.


  • Management – Management of all direct reports
