- Responsible for budget management, expense management, and financial review of assigned locations.
- Build a broad and growing customer/client base by consistently meeting the needs of landlords and property managers.
- Create and maintain professional relationships with all customers, vendors, team members, co-workers, and clients.
- Responsible for the management and development of a team of parking professionals.
- Conduct field audits to ensure the effectiveness of revenue collection procedures.
- Monitor parking locations for cleanliness, signage, and safety.
Monday-Friday with some evening and weekend responsibilities depending on events.
