You'll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. We focus on growing as a team, so we'll share techniques, work through challenges, and develop new methodologies together. You Have:
3+ years of experience working in a classified environment1+ years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator1+ years of experience in networking and Cisco CLIExperience with Unix, Linux, or SolarisAbility to maintain end-user equipmentAbility to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and some holidays, as necessary Secret clearanceAssociate's degree in IT, CS, or Cybersecurity and 3+ years of experience in IT or Tier II Help Desk, or 4+ years of experience in IT or Tier II Help Desk in lieu of a degreeIAT II or IAT III certificationNice If
You Have:
Experience with Active DirectoryExperience in the military or supporting DoD programsExperience with creating Remedy ticketsExperience with installing and maintaining IT computers and network equipmentExperience working with crypto devicesKnowledge of PKI and XACTATop Secret clearanceClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD).The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
