About the Role:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will ensure the well-being of our residents by assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and mobility while upholding their dignity and independence.

  • Provide personal care, safety, and comfort to residents.
  • Support residents with daily tasks such as personal grooming and mobility.
  • Assist with various activities including laundry, transportation, and meal preparation.
  • Remind residents of their medication schedules.
  • Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions.
  • Ensure a safe environment by conducting regular rounds for potential hazards.
  • Escort residents to the dining area, serve meals, and assist with cleaning up.
  • Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations with residents.
  • Complete any other assigned duties to support the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18
  • Completion of a certified nursing assistant course
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to interact with seniors respectfully
  • Friendly and empathetic attitude towards clients
  • Successful completion of new hire orientation
