Front Desk Agent

We're looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our Crew. We know you're not into stiff uniforms, so ours are comfortable and sleek. What do you bring to the party? You have great style, are quick on your feet and know what's happening in uptown. You have an open and outgoing personality and enjoy chatting with guests (probably people you'd want to hang out with anyway). You're a clean neat-freak with a love for order and organization. You love wearing multiple hats in your job and can shift gears at the drop of one of those hats.
Job Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities of a Front Desk Agent include:
Checking guests in and out of the hotel in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.
Processing all payments according to hotel requirements.
Interacting with fellow crew members in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
Managing and resolving all guest complaints and compliments in a professional and courteous manner.
Responding to guest needs in a timely manner.
Listening and responding to guest inquiries using a positive, clear speaking voice.
The minimum qualifications for this position are:
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability and desire to acquire extensive knowledge about the hotel, its services and facilities
Must have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive, clear speaking voice
Must be flexible with your schedule including weekends
