Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Lead marketing efforts, strategy development, and new business objectives
  • Project Management: Interact with clients, develop market strategies, and oversee project execution
  • Staff Management: Mentor team members, recommend training, and identify new talent
Preferred Qualifications
  • 15+ years of water/wastewater experience
  • Professional Engineering License; Bachelor's Degree
  • Financial acumen and contract negotiation skills
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Completion of pre-employment requirements
