How You'll Make a Difference

You will be accountable for complete and timely data management and reporting, coordination, and overall execution and administration for all academic programs and services to assure continued progress and updates to relevant stakeholders. Participating in delivery of academic program and service commitments to internal and external stakeholders through effective and proactive stakeholder interaction and management, components of assigned GAC workflow, event and vendor oversight, and identification of trends and issues for review and resolution.

What You'll Bring to the Role

  • Bachelor's Degree in education, management, education, organizational behavior, or related business discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an academic or related business setting with demonstrated knowledge of academic culture in higher education setting.
  • Demonstrated strength with digital technologies, including knowledge and use of Microsoft Office products and CRM
  • Strong understanding of how to clearly and compellingly describe initiatives and priorities across a variety of communication channels
  • Ability to work collaboratively and combine ideas to best benefit the goals and objectives of the academic department
  • Ability to think creatively and work in an agile, dynamic, and customer-centric environment, with proactive problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Ability to collect and interpret large quantities of data and prepare concise summaries of findings.
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills, including editing skills
  • Proficiency in the business language for PMI (English), fluent in Spanish a plus
