Corteva Agriscience has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Planning Specialist in the Planning & Implementation team within Global Regulatory Affairs.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Planning Specialist in Indianapolis. In this role, you will oversee various administrative tasks related to Planning & Implementation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our processes. You will be instrumental in maintaining our Planning tool and supporting improvement projects and initiatives within the organization.

The Planning and Implementation team is dedicated to driving efficiency and excellence within Corteva's Regulatory & Stewardship organization. By guiding streamlined processes, managing metrics, offering decision support, conducting data analytics, and stewarding planning tool infrastructure, we empower Corteva to make informed decisions and achieve strategic goals with precision and agility.

The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and an ownership mindset.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform administrative tasks like data entry and update data tables accurately and efficiently.
  • Develop and review work instructions to ensure compliance with established processes.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls.
  • Monitor the functional mailbox and respond promptly to inquiries.
  • Maintain the Planning SharePoint throughout the planning cycle.
  • Support processes related to activity libraries within our Planning and Execution tool.
  • Lead improvement projects aimed at enhancing current Planning processes.
  • General support to the Planning & Implementation processes within the organization.
  • Support our Planning Tool development project as required (e.g.: issue tracker, fast followers, etc.)
  • Support the implementation of data integrity processes.
  • Document storage into corporate systems.
  • Support various regulatory projects, as needed.

Qualifications

What Skills You Need:

  • BS degree in life sciences, project management, business, or IT related fields.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Accepts responsibility and takes ownership of projects.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Experience with SharePoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Shows initiative toward project execution.
  • Flexibility to accommodate urgent projects.
  • Familiarity with Planisware software and its various modules.
  • Familiarity with database management and project management principles.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving business needs and technology changes.
  • This role can accommodate a flexible work arrangement where you may work multiple days a week from home.
